ChowCart uses account, order, location and payment-related information only to operate and improve the student, vendor and rider services, prevent fraud, provide support and meet legal obligations.

ChowCart is operated by ChowCart Limited, a private company limited by shares incorporated in Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020 on 7 April 2026 (Company Registration No. 9470283).

For a copy or deletion request, email admin@chowcart.ng. The production privacy policy should be reviewed by counsel before launch.
